$150k - $249,999 = $950
$250k - $399,999 = $1250
$400k - or more = $1550

EXPLANATION OF COMMISSION DISCOUNTS FOR HYUNDAI EMPLOYEES
The discounts that "THE CORWIN TEAM" of REMAX OF MONTGOMERY will apply to any Hyundai Employee buying or selling within a 50 mile radius the Montgomery area. The discounts are deducted from the total commission that we receive on the buying or selling side of a real estate transaction. If you are a seller, we will deduct it from the total commission that you owe. The deductions will be from the total commissions paid to us from the sales price and structured the same for buyers and sellers. The buyers will get the same deduction with the same purchase price structure and applied to either appliances, blinds, etc. and given at the closing.
These deductions apply to employees of the Hyundai plant and are designed to help make your real estate transactions easier and to help you get the "most for your $$"! We are excited about doing business with you sellers or buyers and are expecting your calls immediately!
